Where to eat in Seville

Leartá

Leartá offers creative Andalusian cuisine in an intimate setting.

Leartá is an intimate restaurant located in the old town of Seville, just a few steps from the Plaza de la Gavidia. Founded by young chefs Manu Lachica and Rita Llanes, the restaurant offers a unique gastronomic experience centred on a single tasting menu that changes with the season and the local produce available. Leartá's culinary proposal reinterprets traditional Andalusian flavours with contemporary techniques, highlighting dishes such as chilled lupin and olive soup, and tomato in iced lard with lard ice cream. The restaurant, which has only five tables and seats 14 diners, has been recognised by the Michelin Guide and awarded a Sun in the Repsol Guide, reflecting its commitment to quality and culinary innovation.
