It is well known that Seville is a city that has inspired the greatest artists of every century, among them some of the most illustrious: Murillo, Velázquez or Gonzalo de Bilbao, among others.
Today there are countless artists who continue to capture the beauty of the city in their works every day, such as our friend Almudena.
Almudena Arenado
A native of Seville and a Fine Arts graduate from the University of Seville, she takes us on a journey into a world of colour and sensitivity through her watercolours.
Her restless nature and unconditional love for her city give her art a character, customs and symbolism that are distinctly Sevillian.

A Very Personal Gaze
Tell Me About Seville Through Art is the most sincere and sensitive way in which Almudena, the artist, has chosen to portray the city of Seville.
Within the pages of this wonderful book, which no Sevillian would want to miss, the city's most emblematic places are depicted.
Colour and Symbolism
The book is divided into three sections, or walks, each distinguished by a different predominant colour.
There is the ochre route, which reflects the old quarter of the city; the blue route, which follows the Guadalquivir river; and finally the vermilion route, which focuses on the world of churches and museums.

These are just a few examples of Almudena's work and her wonderful book "Tell Me About Seville Through Art", which is already in its second edition thanks to the warm reception and success among lovers of the city of Seville.
