One of the most anticipated events for vintage fashion lovers is coming to Seville! On 18 and 19 January, the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán will be the epicentre of retro and sustainable style with the Rethink Vintage market. This event stands out not only for its unique pieces, but also for its sold by weight system, a sustainable and fun way to refresh your wardrobe.
How does selling by weight work?
At the Rethink Vintage market, all clothing and accessories are priced according to their weight. This system lets you shop in a transparent and flexible way, since you don't pay per item, but for the total weight of your selection.
Prices:
- €35 per kilo: You can choose from a wide variety of carefully selected vintage clothing and accessories. From jackets, trousers and blouses to dresses from the 70s and 80s, everything is included in this rate.
This means a light item, such as a blouse or a T-shirt, can cost an incredibly affordable price, while a heavier jacket will cost more, but always within an accessible range.
Process:
- Browse the different shelves and racks full of clothing and accessories organised by category.
- Select the pieces you like most and take them to the scale.
- Weigh your items and it will show you the total price based on their weight.
It is a unique way to shop for sustainable fashion, giving new life to pieces full of history and style.
