On 8 December 2024, Seville will witness a historic event: the Magna Procession, which will close the II International Congress of Brotherhoods and Popular Piety. This event will bring together some of the most venerated images of the city and province, offering a unique opportunity for devotees and lovers of Holy Week.
Seville will live through a historic day with 8 brotherhoods and almost 40 consecutive hours of processions on the street.
It will be almost two consecutive days without interruption, from when El Cachorro leaves at 15:15 on Saturday 7 December until the Macarena is returned at 4:50 in the morning on 9 December

The procession will feature the following outstanding images:
- – Nuestra Señora de los Reyes (Patroness of Seville)
- – Nuestro Padre Jesús del Gran Poder
- – Santísimo Cristo de la Expiración (El Cachorro)
- – María Santísima de la Esperanza Macarena
- – Nuestra Señora de la Esperanza de Triana
- – Nuestra Señora de Valme (Dos Hermanas)
- – Nuestra Señora de Consolación (Utrera)
- – Nuestra Señora de Setefilla (Lora del Río)

The procession is scheduled to leave the Cathedral of Seville at 16:00. The common route includes:

- – Plaza del Triunfo
- – Calle Miguel Mañara
- – Calle Santo Tomás
- – Avenida de la Constitución
- – Calle Almirante Lobo
- – Paseo de Colón
Chair sales:
For those who wish to enjoy the procession more comfortably, a total of 21,591 chairs have been set up along the route. The distribution is as follows:
- Plaza de la Virgen de los Reyes: 931 chairs
- Puerta de Jerez: 1,524 chairs
- Calle Almirante Lobo: 5,175 chairs
- Paseo de Colón: 13,961 chairs
Chairs will be on sale from 21 November at 8:00 in the morning, exclusively through the online platform Giglon. The price of each chair is 35 euros, including 10% VAT. Up to four chairs may be purchased per person, and each one will be personal, requiring the user's name and ID number, with no exceptions for minors, in order to prevent resale.
