CAÑABOTA

A wonderful restaurant that joins the fantastic Michelin guide is Cañabota

A wonderful restaurant that joins the fantastic Michelin guide is Cañabota restaurant. Located next to the chapel of San Andrés, also known as the Brotherhood of the Bakers, it has a clean, well-kept gastrobar aesthetic.

One of its attractions is being able to watch the chefs at work, as the kitchen is open. Fish and seafood from the Andalusian Atlantic are its strong point, taking its dishes to the cutting edge in a very carefully crafted tasting menu.
