MAIN COURSE TO CHOOSE FROM ONE OF THESE 3 OPTIONS
Chicken Nasrid style:
Chicken medallions stuffed with vegetables and nuts, almonds and honey sauce with
a side of vegetable rice
Lamb of the Vizier:
Oven-baked, spiced leg of lamb (boneless) served with migas, Padrón peppers, and
yogurt cream
Iskabay Almorí Salmon:
Warm marinated salmon and pickled vegetables

Andalusí Cream with Cane Honey
