Alcázar Seville: Priority access
- Opening hours: Available every day. Select your time slot during the booking process.
- When booking, you must provide your full name and ID card number exactly as they appear on your passport or ID card, along with your nationality. Please bring this passport or ID document with you. Make sure it is valid. Present your passport or ID document and your smartphone ticket at the entrance.
- Please make sure you fill in your details correctly when purchasing, as Alcázar vouchers are personal and your details must be correct and match those on your passport or ID document. Changes cannot be made after purchase.
- Please note that babies (aged 0 to 4) can travel free on the Seville tourist bus. A baby ticket must be booked separately for the Alcázar.

- Hospital de la Caridad (Monday to Friday: 10:30-14:00 and 15:00-18:30, Saturdays: 14:00-18:30, Sundays: 14:00-18:30. If a wedding is scheduled on a particular date, the Hospital de la Caridad will remain closed to the public. Please contact the Hospital to check).
- Iglesia Santa Ana: From Monday 4 September to Friday 15 September 2023, Monday to Friday 10:30 to 13:30. From Monday 18 September 2023, Monday to Friday 10:30 to 13:30 and 16:30 to 19:00.
- Pabellón de la Navegación Opening hours: Summer schedule (25 June to 15 September 2024): Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 to 15:00 (last entry 14:30).
- Pabellón de la Navegación tower hours: Tuesday to Sunday. Your entry allows you to go up the tower at 11:00 or 12:30. Each slot lasts 30 minutes. You cannot access the tower outside these times.
