Su carta, en constante evoluci\u00f3n, destaca por platos como la tortilla sufl\u00e9 de bacalao, el gazpacho de tomate verde con melva semi curada y la caldereta de bogavante. La bodega, cuidadosamente seleccionada por F\u00e1tima, complementa a la perfecci\u00f3n cada creaci\u00f3n del chef.
